The name itself tells where the raw milk for this product comes from. By giving it a name, we wanted to show the origin of the milk from Šumadija. This feta-type cheese is produced using the most modern technology – ultrafiltration of milk – which enabled it to contain all useful ingredients: the content of milk fat, protein and minerals is concentrated.
Komajac is a soft white cheese, with a slightly sour and salty taste, and a fine consistency. It can be used both in the meal and in the culinary arts in the preparation of delicacies and delicacies.
