Prune brandy

The VINS Distillery produces premium prune brandy using plums from their own orchards in the village of Slatina. The production process includes drying the plums, fermentation, distillation, and aging the brandy for at least 12 months in oak barrels. Their brandy is known for its rich taste, distinctive aroma, and recognizable scent. With an alcohol content of 41%, it is ideal as an aperitif or digestif.
